I'm not a big fan of labels.

I'm more of a filmmaker than I am a director, meaning that I usually keep myself immersed in most aspects of putting a project together from the ground up through completion and beyond.

My philosophy is that if you know how to do every part of the process then you really can't blame anyone for something not getting done.
